Taking Time for Relationships

At Girls Preparatory School, targeted and relevant professional development supports staff in building relationships with students and, more specifically, with young adolescent girls during a critical stage in their development. Before classes begin, each school year starts with grade-level retreats to help the girls bond as a class, develop relationships with teachers, and get to know their peers.
