At Cave Spring Middle School, the staff aims to foster a uniquely “Cave” experience to support students’ sense of belonging at school. Their PBIS framework, called the Squires’ Code, helps establish common expectations across the school community and motivates kids to make good decisions through mini shields designed by the students themselves and collectively displayed throughout the year.
